Ohhh Heyyy,

 

I'm Sharee Wonders, welcome to my little slice of the world.

 

I grew up in Noosa, a small coastal town on the Sunshine Coast. I've always been passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle.

 

Food has been important to me for as long as I can remember, but while food was my first love, I pursued a career in Pilates.

 

I tried many different types of training before I stumbled across Barre in 2015. I immediately fell in love with the pace of the class, the burn after, and just how much fun it was! Not long after, I completed my Barre training through Barre Body in Byron Bay and followed it up with my Mat Pilates training soon after.

 

My teaching style is not for the faint-hearted! You’re going to burn, shake, and work every muscle in your body (even some you didn’t know you had!). You might find yourself hating me a little during class, but I guarantee you’ll be back for more. My goal is to push you out of your comfort zone and allow you to get the most out of your workout.

 

In addition to my love for Pilates, my passion for food and cooking inspired me to create an outlet to share part of my journey, which led me to create my first ebook; Cook Like Sharee.

 

I am aiming to provide the tools and resources needed to live a healthy and happy life. A healthy lifestyle is about more than just exercise and diet; it's about connecting with your body, the natural world around you, and developing positive relationships with every element that contributes to your overall happiness and well-being. I post blogs regarding all things food, movement, nutrition and health and all my online members receive access to recipes.
